I wish I could be there, but living in the Chicago area keeps it from happening. I do also wish I could find a creative job that wasn’t about building a business, and more about sustainability for our dear Earth. One day, I’m sure it will happen.

As Toastmaster for yesterday’s meeting of the EcoVoices club of toastmasters, I devoted the meeting to Earth Day and to stewardship of our home. It went well. We will have much to talk about Sunday.

I’d be interested in attending this networking event since I’m already actively networking being a recent college graduate seeking employment. As I have no car I would have to take public transit. We’ve turned everything off and lit candles on Earth day for the last few years. It’s a great time for family and a good way to disconnect from our gadgets. Somehow we missed the the day this year but we will be making up for it later this week. Hope you had a great day.
